Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, and include a copy of your receipt.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
